patients to succeed - and achieve their potential.
This may sound a little clichéd, but it’s true. We put our heart and
soul into every child we treat – and it shows. Our goal is to achieve
the highest standard of quality of care, the highest level of customer
service, and this while maintaining a fun, enjoyable, and relaxing
environment for patients, parents, and therapists. The result of our
pursuit is a fast-paced, challenging environment that is extremely
rewarding.
Our therapists love coming to work every day. They enjoy the autonomy
they are given to take control of their career, innovate, and find
creative ways of solving problems. They enjoy the challenge of a
diverse caseload, and the camaraderie they feel by being a part of an
exceptional team of highly trained professionals.
We also pay our therapists well. We do it because we want to attract
and retain the best talent, and because the best talent should be
rewarded for what they do. And we are able to do it because we have
learned how to be efficient with our resources – utilizing the latest
technology for scheduling, documentation, and billing, we are able to
minimize administrative overhead, which allows us not only to pay our
therapists more but also to free up funds to keep tests, materials,
equipment, and our therapists, up to date.
Ultimately, our goal is to make kids better, and to help kids to have as
fulfilling of a life as possible. Our therapists are successful at
achieving this goal, in part, because they are the best and brightest.
But most of the reason for their success is because they care – and the
