Hal Hunsaker, MS CCC-SLP
Hal Hunsaker is a certified speech language pathologist and serves as the Achieve Center's Director of Therapy. Hal has provided bilingual (English-Spanish) speech language pathology services to both children and adults in Eastern Washington since 1997.
Hal has been recently recognized for his work in treating individuals with swallowing disorders. He was selected as one of five speech language pathologists nationally to instruct and certify therapists in VitalStim therapy. Hal also specializes in the treatment of autism, neurological impairments and language disorders, and has extensive experience working in schools, hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation settings.
He enjoys sports and spending time outdoors with his family. Hal and his wife Traci are the parents of five children: Jorden, Ryen, Averi, Gabe and Luke.
Hal holds a Masters degree in communication disorders from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University.
